Whats good people !
This is my first post so bear with me.
I’m a 25 year old who’s trying to make his way through the Cyber Security Industry.
I studied systems engineering at university and then went on to do a 2 year graduate programme. After rolling off the programme, I have now begun my career as a IT security consultant.
To start my story off, I first got into computers when I was around 11 years of age but I was more interested in football if I’m being honest. I had hopes of becoming a professional footballer but Mummy was repeatedly telling me to face my books and leave the football alone *cries in champions league theme tune*.
I wouldn’t say it’s the best thing that has ever happened to me as I could have been playing with the likes of (insert world class players here). However, I was really into spy movies so my love for technology was always there.
I put my first computer together at the age of 12. I was given a load of old parts that make up the desktop and then had the task of putting it together. After d a y s of trying, I prevailed and assembled an old Packard Bell PC together.
Thinking back, that was one old computer running the classic windows XP software. I know you remember playing pinball and spider solitaire whilst randomly figuring out how to play minesweeper. To tell you the truth, I still don’t know how to play it.
Additionally I do have aspirations of becoming a CISO (Chief Information Security Officer). In future blogs, I will be breaking down the different aspects of cyber security and its importance in this day and age, as well as my journey and the valuable lessons I have learned along the way.
Please be nice with the reviews as I really dislike Cyber Boolean.

Very interesting read, and got some few jokes in which is always good to see, and some interesting facts about yourself and your journey. In terms of turning professional football, I’m sure there is a mode in FIFA that can make you dream come true haha.
