Pentest Papi.

Yes people, back in study mode again. I wasn’t expecting to be back so soon *sigh*. I thought the note taking would stop after uni, but I understand that it’s an important step for my journey.

Before I begin, I’d like to give a huge shoutout to ‘@TechSecChix’ (I’ll link their details below). They provide opportunities for women to get into tech and have created a platform that brings women in tech together. So ladies, be sure to check them out. They recently did a give-away where they asked individuals to send in their tech blogs as well as those who document their journey, I entered this blog into the competition and surprisingly I won. The prize was a Pentest+ study guide and exam voucher!

This may sound underwhelming, but it’s a great opportunity for me to get one of the tech certifications and unlock more opportunities. For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the term, a pen-tester is someone who identifies weaknesses within an organisation and is authorised to simulate attacks on them. Basically, Pentest Papi is the ethical Handsome Hacker.
